What is Included

1. All Bedding and Towels for inside use. 

2. 250kw of Electric per week. Enough to run air con correctly (Over usage charged at 38p per KW)

3. Hair Dryer, Washing Machine, Iron Iron Board

4. Sunbeds and Cushions

EACH BOOKING HAS CLEANING FEE OF  £175 (2024/25) 

ALL BOOKINGS ARE SUJECT TO OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• Booking Form Must Be Completed
• A Refundable Damage Deposit from £300 to £1000 Must Be Paid Before Stay. ( Refunded within 7 Days If No Damage)
• Electric Allowance of 240kw Per week pro rated is allowed. Usage over this will be charged at 38p per Kw
• No Parties
• No Same Sex Groups
• Villa Booker must be over 25 yrs Old
• Pool Hours 8.30 am to 10 pm
• No Smoking inside The Villa including E cigs
• A 20% Deposit must be paid with Booking and is Non Refundable
• Balance due 8 Weeks Before Stay. Bond Due 7 Days Before Stay
• Any Damage must be paid for.
• No Quads Or Motorbikes Allowed On The Complex
• Guests are Responsible for Keeping The Villa Secure During There Stay
• Only people booked in the villa are allowed to stay
• If we have to cancel we will refund in full but no extra will be paid
• If you cancel after deposit you loose deposit
• If Your final payment is not paid on time the booking will be cancelled with loss of deposit
• if you cancel between 60 days and date of stay you loose 100% of payment 
• If we can rebook your cancelled dates you will receive a refund of 80% of payment we receive
• Please use shower before entering the Pool Sun Oil damages the pool Liner
• No Diving into the pool
• Full Booking terms will be Emailed with Booking Form
• CCTV covers the whole of the external area of the villa and records 24/7
